The Financial Service program is designed to provide personalized and confidential consultations that will help employees get answers to their financial questions. Such as:
“How much of a down payment will I need for purchasing a home?” “How do I start a budget?” “What does APR mean?” “When is too much credit a bad thing?” Accessing the program is easy: employees will be given a toll-free telephone number and can call as often as they like. Once connected, the financial expert will ask a few questions to assess the employee’s needs and will work with them to develop and implement a goal setting plan. The financial consults are independent advisors and are unable to give specific recommendations, for example, concerning purchase or sale of particular stocks, bonds, or insurance policies.
