  • Team Development
    Our team development services can provide technical assistance and consultation. We can conduct assessments, make recommendations, and offer training workshops. We can help organizations improve existing work groups, help organize and train teams, assist in managing conflict, and provide training on a wide range of topics, such as Making Meetings Work, Successful Teams, and Team Leadership.

  • Leadership and Management Skills
    We offer training that focuses on both the philosophical and skills-oriented training that is necessary acquire and maintain effective leadership skills. We recognize that your time is valuable, so our leadership and management trainings are concise and focused on helping you acquire or refine key knowledge and skills. FOH can provide leadership coaching and training on such topics as "Situational Leadership", "Effective Selection Interviewing", "Enhancing Employee Performance", and "Management Skills."

  • Organizational Planning and Change
    Our services can assist with creating strategic plans, improving processes, assessing training needs, and instituting change. We have training programs available to help train members of your organization to prepare them for initiating and managing change, whether it is internal change to revitalize your organization or the merging of two different organizations.

    The composition of our workforce has undergone dramatic changes. These changes contribute to the challenges facing managers today. The changes include increased workforce diversity, the influence of new values and lifestyles, the move toward a global economy, and the emphasis on team rather than individual management models.
