Our EAP offers initial assessments,
short-term counseling, referral and follow-up services for:
- Family/relationship issues
- Workplace concerns
- Alcohol and drug problems
- Personal and emotional difficulties
- Health and behavioral issues
If an employee requires long-term treatment, the counselor will
make a referral to a community resource and follow progress where
appropriate.
Employees can receive immediate assistance - 24 hours per day,
365 days a year via a toll-free telephone number available from
anywhere in the United States. A toll-free TTY number for the
hearing impaired is also available.
Employees make confidential appointments with counselors who
assess their needs and work with them to develop appropriate action
plans. Our experienced counselors/ intake representatives will ask a
few vital questions and arrange an appointment that is convenient
for the employee.
Joining our EAP is easy...... Because we are one government
organization serving another, we can provide
services through an interagency agreement, eliminating the need for
formal contracting processes.
This way, Federal organizations save money in
contract management.
