FOH’S ERGO-FED: Online Office Ergonomics Assessment

FOH’s ErgoFed Assessment is an innovative approach to identifying office ergonomics issues that affect employee comfort, performance, and may result in musculoskeletal injuries. It is a simple and straight forward survey tool and takes less than five minutes to complete. In real time it provides both individual and group summary information related to demographic, work comfort level, work activity rating, and workstation and environmental factors that affect employee comfort and performance. The information obtained can be combined with professional consultation to:

  • Provide agency managers with both individual and group summary key information for determining which intervention measures would be appropriate and effective in preventing injuries especially to employees at high risk.
  • Allow agency managers to re-assess (over a period of time) the effectiveness of intervention measures that may have been implemented.
  • Empower and educate employees about ergonomics risk factors that affect their physical well-being and productivity.
Ergo-Fed Assessments are inclusive of the work, workstation, and work factors that affect employee comfort and productivity. They can be administered to employees regardless of location, completed and summarized in a short period of time, and the results available to benefit both managers and employees.

Whether your agency has large-scale ergonomics issues or small, but complex ones, FOH can offer highly qualified ergonomics consultants to assist agencies in meeting their needs.
