Clinical Services

FOH provides emergency response; physical exams; immunizations; vision and health screenings; and health risk appraisals are available at FOH's 298 Health and Wellness Centers located in Federal buildings throughout the United States and through a large network of more than 15,000 private-provider physicians and nurses.

Tobacco Cessation Program

  • A one-on-one interview assessment given over the phone to determine the most appropriate treatment course
  • A customized quit plan
  • NRT products (gum, patches, or lozenges) available, as required
  • Additional support available through counseling services
  • Participants may return to the Health and Wellness Center or call a specialist to receive follow-up counseling, support, and problem-solving assistance
