FOH can assist you in both evaluating the appropriateness of accommodation requests and meeting the requirements of the Rehabilitation Act. (Note: The ADA is not applicable law in the Federal sector.) Following a comprehensive assessment, recommendations address workplace modifications, work process changes, adaptive devices, and other measures to enable the disabled employee to perform the essential functions of the job. Follow up consultations are provided to ensure that implemented recommendation measures have been effective in meeting both the employee and management requirements.
