A comprehensive evaluation of the workplace is conducted in order to determine:

• The incidence and prevalence of workplace injuries that may have an ergonomic etiology.
• Workers who may be at risk for injury, and the nature of the risk factors
• Recommendations which, if implemented would minimize or eliminate specific risk factors identified.
