FOH provides consultation to agencies requesting assistance in addressing workplace needs for employees with documented or potential medical problems that may be affected by workstation set-up. FOH Assessments may include:

• A review of agency and/or medical documentation
• A review of the job description and essential functions of the job
• Employee and supervisor interviews
• Worksite/area analysis
• Work practice observations
• Report summarizing findings and recommendations.
